           ~4Dgifts/toolbox/src/exampleCode/speech/examples README

some [so far] rudimentary speech example programs

colors.c: a very simple speech demo: a large X window opens and changes
colors among red, green, blue, yellow, black, & white when the
color name is spoken. The templates for color names should be
	       placed in /usr/share/data/speech/templates/SpeakColors.

recognize: c and c++ versions of the same program that are realy not
examples but sanity-test the API. However, they do excercise
the API and may help answer some programmatic questions.
